Shirley's Chicken Casserole

I love how easy this casserole is to make — dinner is ready in a pinch, and your family will love it!

 

Shirley's Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter with stuffing mix.
  2. Use half of this mixture to cover the bottom of 9x13.
  3. Arrange the chicken over the mixture.
  4. Mix together soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken.
  5. Add remaining stuffing mix.
  6. Pour chicken broth over the casserole.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until warmed through!
