Sausage Egg & Cheese Muffins

These warm cheesy muffins are perfect for a breakfast on the go.

 

Sausage Egg & Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast Sausage
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 12 muffins cups with cooking spray
  3. Brown sausage in large skillet.
  4. Drain excess grease.
  5. In large bowl. combine cooked sausage, eggs, cheese, and Bisquick.
  6. Spoon mixture into muffin cups and bake 15-20 minutes or until tops are slightly browned.
