Sausage Egg & Cheese Muffins
These warm cheesy muffins are perfect for a breakfast on the go.
Sausage Egg & Cheese Muffins
Yield: 6
Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast Sausage
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 12 muffins cups with cooking spray
- Brown sausage in large skillet.
- Drain excess grease.
- In large bowl. combine cooked sausage, eggs, cheese, and Bisquick.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups and bake 15-20 minutes or until tops are slightly browned.
