Queso Hashbrown Casserole
Y’all know I have a love for Hashbrown casserole. This spin on it was perfect! The added queso gave it a bold and delicious flavor. A must Try!
Queso Hashbrown Casserole
Yield: 6-8
Ingredients
- 30 oz. Bag Frozen shredded Hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 1 cup White Queso Dip
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar
- S easonings of your choice: I used salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. + Paprika and dash of cayenne.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Grease 9x13. Pour in hasbrown mixture.
- Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour.
