Queso Hashbrown Casserole

Y’all know I have a love for Hashbrown casserole. This spin on it was perfect! The added queso gave it a bold and delicious flavor. A must Try!

Ingredients

  • 30 oz. Bag Frozen shredded Hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1 cup White Queso Dip
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • S easonings of your choice: I used salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. + Paprika and dash of cayenne.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Grease 9x13. Pour in hasbrown mixture.
  4. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour.
