Peach Cobbler

What could be better than warm, peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream? Serve this simple dish as the perfect after-dinner treat or anytime you’re craving something sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 large canned Peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1.5 sticks butter, melted
  • 1.4 cup brown sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cake mix with melted butter. Set aside.
  3. In 9x13, dump both cans of peaches. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  4. Crumble cake mix mixture over top of peaches in small clumps, covering entire dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until top begins to turn golden brown.
  6. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream!
