Peach Cobbler
What could be better than warm, peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream? Serve this simple dish as the perfect after-dinner treat or anytime you’re craving something sweet!
Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 large canned Peaches in heavy syrup
- 1.5 sticks butter, melted
- 1.4 cup brown sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cake mix with melted butter. Set aside.
- In 9x13, dump both cans of peaches. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Crumble cake mix mixture over top of peaches in small clumps, covering entire dish.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until top begins to turn golden brown.
- Serve warm over vanilla ice cream!
