Jalapeno Popper Phyllo Cups
These had just the right amount of heat from the jalapenos!
Jalapeno Popper Philo Cups
Yield: 5
Ingredients
- 1 package of Athens Phyllo cups (15ct)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp diced jalapenos
- 3 slices cooked bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp cup sour cream
- Diced green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lay out phyllo cups to thaw.
- In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, 1/2 of bacon.
- Spoon mixture into cups, sprinkle each with cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until phyllo cups are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with diced green onion for garnish.
