Italian Grinder Sliders
The lettuce mixture paired with these meats made the perfect sandwich for game day!
Itialian Grinder Sliders

Ingredients
- Hawiian Rolls- butter flavored
- 3 cups shredded lettuce.
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 7 large slices of salami
- 7 large slices of pepperoni
- 4 oz sliced smoked ham.
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced.
- 2 tbsp butter
- Provolone cheese, 6 slices
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 1/4 cup chopped banana peppers
- 4 tbsp submarine dressing
Instructions
Salad topping
- In a medium bowl, combine Shredded lettuce red onion, dill pickles, banana peppers mayo, and submarine dressing.
- set aside, or place in refrigerator until final assembly.

- Preheat oven to 400
- Slice Hawiian rolls in long ways to create a top and bottom. do not separate individual rolls.
- Spread 2 tbsp mayo onto the bottom section of the rolls and bake for 5 minutes.
- Chop ham, salami, and pepperoni into bite sized piece and cook in skillet over medium heat
- Place provolone cheese slices on bottom buns
- Then, add meat mixture and place the top bun on.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and brush on top of buns
- place back in oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cheese melted.
- Remove from oven and spread lettuce mixture on top of meat and replace top bun.
- cut and serve.
