Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip

This was such an easy recipe, and great for any holiday party or get together.

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 12oz. jar Caramel
  • 3/4 cup Toffee Bits (Or I used 3 chopped Heath Bars)
  • Dippers- Apple, Ginger Snaps, Pretzels, Graham Cracker, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and sugar
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on to your serving dish of choice, I use my pie dish for this.
  3. Next add your caramel to the top of the cream cheese mixture
  4. Then, sprinkle your toffee candy on top covering the entire dish.
  5. Serve with dippers of your choice: Dipper ideas- Apple, Ginger Snaps, Pretzels, Graham Crackers.

Notes

*** If you decide to use apples as a dipper, cut your apples into wedges, soak in mixture of water and honey. 1 tbsp honey per 1 cup water. This will keep them from turning brown***
