Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip
This was such an easy recipe, and great for any holiday party or get together.
Carmel Apple Cheesecake Dip
Yield: 8
Ingredients
- 1 8oz block Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 12oz. jar Caramel
- 3/4 cup Toffee Bits (Or I used 3 chopped Heath Bars)
- Dippers- Apple, Ginger Snaps, Pretzels, Graham Cracker, etc.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and sugar
- Spread cream cheese mixture on to your serving dish of choice, I use my pie dish for this.
- Next add your caramel to the top of the cream cheese mixture
- Then, sprinkle your toffee candy on top covering the entire dish.
- Serve with dippers of your choice: Dipper ideas- Apple, Ginger Snaps, Pretzels, Graham Crackers.
Notes
*** If you decide to use apples as a dipper, cut your apples into wedges, soak in mixture of water and honey. 1 tbsp honey per 1 cup water. This will keep them from turning brown***
