Broccoli - Rice Casserole
Truely the most flavorful Broccoli Casserole ever! Very creamy and cheesy!
Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Yield: 6
Ingredients
- 1/2 Stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 1- 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli florets, thawed
- 1- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Saute onion and celery in butter until opaque (about 3 minutes)
- Add rice, broccoli, soup, water, and cheese, stirring to mix well.
- Turn mixture into casserole dish
- bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
