Broccoli - Rice Casserole

Truely the most flavorful Broccoli Casserole ever! Very creamy and cheesy!

 

Broccoli-Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Stick butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1- 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter until opaque (about 3 minutes)
  2. Add rice, broccoli, soup, water, and cheese, stirring to mix well.
  3. Turn mixture into casserole dish
  4. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
