Breakfast Bagels
This is a quick and easy breakfast recipe that everyone in your family will enjoy!
Breakfast Bagels

Ingredients
- 3 Bagels (I prefer bagel thins)
- 1 LB. Breakfast Sausage
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown and crumble sausage. Drain fat and set aside.
- Scramble eggs and set aside.
- Place halved bagels on parchment and top with cooked sausage and eggs and cheese. (I did not use the entire pound for 3 bagels. Save the rest for later!).
- Bake for 10 minutes or until your bagel is toasted to your preference. Serve with fresh fruit.
