Ingredients

  • 3 Bagels (I prefer bagel thins)
  • 1 LB. Breakfast Sausage
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Brown and crumble sausage. Drain fat and set aside.
  4. Scramble eggs and set aside.
  5. Place halved bagels on parchment and top with cooked sausage and eggs and cheese. (I did not use the entire pound for 3 bagels. Save the rest for later!).
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until your bagel is toasted to your preference. Serve with fresh fruit.
