Big Mac Smash Burger Tacos
Bring home that classic Big Mac taste with delicious smash burgers… in a taco!
(Trust me, you’ll love this!)
Big Mac SmashBurger Tacos
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp yellow Mustard
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 3 tbsp Dill Relish
- Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, and salt & pepper to taste
Burger Tacos
- 1 lb ground beef
- Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
- American Cheese
- Finely Shredded Lettuce
- Lots of dill pickle chips
- Burger seasoning of Choice
Instructions
- Combine all sauce ingredients and set aside in the refrigerator.
- Heat Blackstone (or pan or iron skillet) to 375.
- Roll ground beef into 1/4 lb meatballs. Sprinkle with seasoning.
- When grill or skillet is hot, place meatballs.
- Cook 1-2 minutes, then place tortilla over top and smash down using a smasher or large spatula.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until mostly browned through. Flip tortilla and cook another 2 minutes or until completely browned.
- Add American cheese and top with lid to melt.
- Fold into tacos and top with lettuce, Big Mac Sauce, and Pickles!
