Boursin "Snowman" Cheeseball

I love this cheeseball because of how quick and easy it is to make.

Ingredients

• 2 "Garlic and Herb" Boursin Cheese Rounds
• 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• Toppings for snowman: pretzel sticks, peppercorns, carrot nose, rosemary sprig etc.

Instructions

1. Start by removing about 1/3 of one of your cheese rounds and add it to the other.
2. Add both cheese rounds to plastic wrap and form into 2 balls. You should have one larger and one smaller.
3. Sprinkle grated parm on plate and roll each ball around in cheese to coat.
4. Using a pretzel stick, attach both halves to one another.
5. Decorate using peppercorns for eyes, mouth, and buttons. Use pretzel sticks for arms. Cut carrot to resemble a small carrot nose.
6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella around snowman. Add your favorite crackers and sprig of rosemary for a festive touch!
