Start your day off on the right foot with this mouth-watering breakfast casserole!(Serves 4 — if doubling, use a 9x13 dish)
Ingredients
- 1 Package Crescent Rolls
- 3 Eggs
- 5 Slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Grease 8x8 baking dish. Roll out 8 crescent rolls and lay in the pan.
- In a medium bowl, whish eggs, milk, heavy cream, and salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon.
- Pour mixture over crescent rolls and bake 25-30 minutes uncovered or until crescent rolls begin to brown and egg mixture is completely set.
