Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls
This is my Mom’s recipe that she makes every year around the holidays.
Pimento Cheese Sausage balls
Yield: 8-10
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Bisquick
- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
- 11 oz. Pimento cheese spread. (I used Palmetto cheese with jalapenos)
Instructions
- Preheat ove to 375
- In a large bowl, add in your Bisquick, Breakfast Sausage, and Pimento cheese spread
- Mix well with your hands ( I recommend wearing gloves for this step)
- Use a 1 inch cookie scoop, scoop out small 1 inch balls and roll in hand until uniform shape
- Place on cookie sheet leaving space between each.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes, or until cooked through to internal temp of 165.
