Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls

This is my Mom’s recipe that she makes every year around the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Bisquick
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 11 oz. Pimento cheese spread. (I used Palmetto cheese with jalapenos)

Instructions

  1. Preheat ove to 375
  2. In a large bowl, add in your Bisquick, Breakfast Sausage, and Pimento cheese spread
  3. Mix well with your hands ( I recommend wearing gloves for this step)
  4. Use a 1 inch cookie scoop, scoop out small 1 inch balls and roll in hand until uniform shape
  5. Place on cookie sheet leaving space between each.
  6. Bake for 15- 20 minutes, or until cooked through to internal temp of 165.
