Philly Cheesesteak Bubble Up Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Regular size Biscuits (8 Biscuits), quartered.
  • 1 lb lean Ground Beef 1 Green pepper, diced.
  • 1 small onion, diced.
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2- 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom
  • 3-4 Splashed Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet. Sautee peppers and onions 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
  4. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese.
  5. Spray baking dish.
  6. Add quartered biscuits to dish.
  7. Pour meat mixture over biscuits.
  8. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  9. Bake 35-45 minutes or until biscuits are set. (Cover top with foil if starts to get too brown.)
