Philly Cheesesteak Bubble Up Casserole
Yield: 4
Ingredients
- 1 Can Regular size Biscuits (8 Biscuits), quartered.
- 1 lb lean Ground Beef 1 Green pepper, diced.
- 1 small onion, diced.
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom
- 3-4 Splashed Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Heat oil in large skillet. Sautee peppers and onions 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
- Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese.
- Spray baking dish.
- Add quartered biscuits to dish.
- Pour meat mixture over biscuits.
- Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- Bake 35-45 minutes or until biscuits are set. (Cover top with foil if starts to get too brown.)
