My Grandbob always use to make these for me growing up and never realized how easy they were to make. They take my back to my childhood.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Butterscotch Morsels
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Bag Chow Mein Noodles

Instructions

  1. In large microwave safe bowl, warm butterscotch morsels in 30 second increments until melted and smooth, stirring between increments.
  2. Add in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in entire bag of chow mein noodles. Toss gently until all noodles are coated.
  4. Spoon into "stacks" on baking sheet lined with parchment.
  5. Top with sprinkles. Let sit until "set"...at least 1 hour.
