Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
I was highly impressed with this bang bang chicken. Just enough heat from the sauce and the chicken was perfectly cooked.
Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
Yield: 4
Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 lbs boneless skinless breast
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper.
- Wooden skewers (pre-soaked for 10 mins)
Sauce
- ¾ cup mayo
- 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 tsp siracha
- 2 tbsp honey.
Instructions

- Mix mayo, Thai chili sauce, siracha, and honey.
- Divide into two bowls equally.
Chicken
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
- Mix with olive oil and seasonings.
- Thread 6-7 chicken pieces onto each skewer.
- Brush with half the sauce. *do not use this sauce for the cooked chicken, your other bowl of sauce will be used for the cooked chicken.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway.
- Ensure internal temp is 165°F.
- Brush cooked skewers with remaining sauce. Cool for 2-3 mins and serve.
