Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
These seem hard to make but trust me they aren’t. Once you make these, you’ll love them, and crave more.
Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Ingredients
Cheeseburger Filling
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 TBSP avocado oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup yellow onions diced
- Seasoning of choice (burger or steakhouse seasoning)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ cup diced pickles
- 3 slices American cheese or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ tsp olive oil or avocado oil to brush wrappers
Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup Dukes Mayo
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Dipping Sauce
- Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate until egg rolls are ready.
Cheeseburger filling
- Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium-high.
- Add diced onions.
- Once onions are translucent, add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Cook until no longer pink (~10 mins).
- Drain grease.
- Stir in seasoning, ketchup, Worcestershire, pickles, then add cheese slices.
- Mix until cheese melts and the mixture thickens.
Assembly and Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Wet egg roll wrapper edges for sealing. Place some filling in the center.
- Fold a corner over the filling tightly. Fold in left and right corners. Roll tightly. Brush each eggroll lightly with avocado oil.
- Cook in air fryer 8-10 mins, flipping halfway.
- Serve with the chilled dipping sauce.
