Cherries in the Snow

This is an easy "no-bake" dessert. Perfect for holiday parties, or any time!
Ingredients
- 1 9 inch, store bought Angel Food Cake
- 1 8oz. block cream cheese, softened
- 1 8oz. tub Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 21oz. cans Cherry Pie Filling
Instructions
- In large bowl, break apart entire Angel Food cake. Set aside.
- In medium bowl, with hand mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour mixture over cake pieces. Stir gently to combine.
- Transfer mixture to 9x13. Spread evenly.
- Top with both cans of cherry pie filling
- Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
