Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 ranch seasoning mix packet
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic or "jarlic"
  • 1 chopped onion
  • white corn tortillas
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • butter

Instructions

  1. To a crockpot, add chicken, salt and pepper, paprika, ranch seasoning, garlic, onions, buffalo sauce and stir until well mixed
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours
  3. Shred chicken and add more buffalo sauce if you wish.
  4. Melt 2 tbsp in skillet
  5. Place small amount of chicken on half of a tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold over and cook on med heat. cook on both sides until tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
  6. serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch is recommended)
