Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Buffalo Chicken Tacos
Yield: 5
Ingredients
- 1lb chicken breast
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 ranch seasoning mix packet
- 1 tbsp minced garlic or "jarlic"
- 1 chopped onion
- white corn tortillas
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- butter
Instructions
- To a crockpot, add chicken, salt and pepper, paprika, ranch seasoning, garlic, onions, buffalo sauce and stir until well mixed
- Cook on low for 4 hours
- Shred chicken and add more buffalo sauce if you wish.
- Melt 2 tbsp in skillet
- Place small amount of chicken on half of a tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold over and cook on med heat. cook on both sides until tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
- serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch is recommended)
