Stuffed Manicotti
This was a very easy pasta to make. If you like baked spaghetti or Lasagna, you’ll want to add this to your weekly meal rotation
Stuffed Manicotti
Yield: 4
Ingredients
- 8 Manicotti Shells, uncooked
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 8 Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks
- 1 Jar Pasta Sauce
- 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan
- Garlic Salt
- Italian Seasoning
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In high wall pan or sauce pan, brown ground beef, drain any remaining fat and season with seasonings.
- Stir in pasta sauce.
- Spray 9x13 with cooking spray and add 8 Manicotti with 1 string cheese inside each.
- Pour meat sauce over Manicotti.
- Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
- Uncover and top with shredded cheese and bake additional 20 minutes.
